Herreid-Selby Area ran its unbeaten streak to 12 with a 64-34 win over McLaughlin in McLaughlin on Monday.
The number one ranked Wolverines put the defensive clamp on the Lady Midgets with a 12-0 run in the first quarter. The lead was 31-9 by the half and 49-16 after three quarters.
Shauni Schwartz led Herreid-Selby Area with 20 points, 11 rebounds, four assists and three blocked shots. Abbey Fjeldheim scored 12 points, Kelsey Quaschnick scored nine and Jana Thorstenson scored eight.
McKenna Vetter led the Lady Midgets with nine points. Shaunte Brownotter and Bobbi Jamerson added five points each.
