If any team thinks it can knock off the number one team in Class B and win the conference tournament, that team will have to do it on the top-ranked team's court as Selby Area High School Auditorium will be the sight of this year's girls' Yellowstone Trail Conference Tournament.

Tourney action opens on Thursday when fourth seed Hoven-Edmunds Central (4-8) and fifth seed Wakpala (1-9) play at 6:30 p.m.

Top-seeded Herreid-Selby Area, with its 12-0 record and number one ranking in the Class B poll, will take on the winner of the Hoven-Edmunds Central vs. Wakpala game at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Two seed Eureka-Bowdle (8-1) and three seed Gettysburg (5-8) will tip off at around 8 p.m.

The championship round will start at 6:30 p.m. on Friday with the third place game. The YTC championship game is scheduled for approximately 8 p.m.
